Australia clinched the men's title of the 2nd Asian Beach Volleyball tournament beating Thailand in two sets to nil in the final at Laboni point of Cox's Bazar yesterday.
China lifted the women's crown defeating Thailand by the same margin.
The men's and women's champions each received 1100 dollars as prize money while Thailand, runners-up of both the men's and women's meet, got 900 dollars each for the two groups.
Sri Lanka B team finished third in the men's group beating Sri Lanka A while Nepal was in third place in the women's group defeating India. A total of eighteen teams from seven countries took part in meet.
