Renowned sports organizer Zafar Imam's 5th death anniversary will be observed today.
He was notable in the international arena for his work in sports and was the recipient of the national award.
Imam passed away on May 20, 2004 at the age of 63 after a heart attack.
He was born in Rajshahi and dedicated his life to sports and was involved with different sports organizations in various capacities during his distinguished career.
